Job Summary
An American company distributing pharmaceuticals needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Education and Quality Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Directing the activities of customer and/or employee training on features and operation of the EIS software products
- Leading the internal creation, operational and employee support for Enterprise Information Solutions (EIS) Services Methodology & process development
- Partnering with functional areas across the EIS business unit to ensure success of our customer and the business
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Six plus years technical training experience
- Five plus years managerial experience
- Eight years specific IT/project management experience
- Seven years in management/leadership role
- Three years leading planning & analysis within a large, multi-unit organization
- Seven years managing, communicating, and providing service to external customers
