Candidates may live anywhere in the US but must work during East Coast hours- preference will be given to those living on the East Coast.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The individual placed in this position will be expected to:
Perform fundamental project / release management capabilities for strategic initiatives of high impact to our business partners
Monitor, govern and provide the correct utilization of the Encompass Loan Origination System for the various lending channels
Deploy all functional aspects of Loan Originations tools & services
Assist with the development of strategic vision of loan origination technology - balancing best-in-class functionality with cost effective strategies
Communicate with end-user community to manage and employ lending's best practices
Analyze, control and respond on a timely manner to all client technical support requirements
Identify and implement ways to eliminate causes of under performance
Document and map data in order to properly troubleshoot and add to our knowledge base
Assists development teams during code review, unit testing as well as assist the Business with QA and UAT
This position requires the employee to be exposed to sensitive and confidential information, both technical and informational in nature. As such, the position carries more responsibility / risk and the employee filling this position will be held to higher standard of judgment, discretion, confidentiality, and accountability.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:
Ability to manage 4 to 5 active initiatives (support and/or projects) with 7 to 10 total in the queue at any one time
Work with client teams that are 10 to 15 in size
Work on projects that are significant impact to the business
Demonstrated administrator level ability for enterprise use of Encompass Loan Origination Systems
Hands-on requirements analysis and gathering experience
In-depth understanding of the mortgage industry including the life cycle of a loan, products, services, policies, and operational procedures
Proficient in mortgage lending compliance and regulatory requirements including federal and state lending statutes.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
5-10 years progressive Encompass experience and responsibility in Systems Admin position
5+ years of relevant and current Mortgage banking experience, including min of 3 years at a manager level
BA in Computer Engineering, MIS, Computer Science, Business administration (or 5 year minimum of work experience)
Three to Four years' experience in the Data Processing Field and Customer Service Experience
