Job Summary
A leader in real estate services needs applicants for an opening for a Work at Home Facilities Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Following up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensuring timely and quality service delivery to clients
- Creating work orders and assigns work orders to multiple technicians, subcontractors and vendors
Qualifications Include:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles
- Basic skills with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
- Must be able to calculate simple figures such as percentages
- Minimum of two years of related experience and/or training
- Must be able to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor
