Job Summary

A professional services and investment management company is filling a position for a Work from Home Finance Analyst.

Must be able to:

• Prepare and analyze cash flows, financial reports and variance analyses
• Assist in the preparation and review of annual budgets and monthly forecasts
• Work on review of project commitments/capital funding requests, and special projects

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Five plus years financial experience, preferable in real estate or project management
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or Finance is required with a strong record of academic achievement and experience managing capital & expense budgets
• Flexibility with respect to work schedule and project type
• Outstanding communication and relationship building skills
• Superior problem solving capabilities
• High degree of independence, initiative, responsibility and accountability
