Job Summary
An American holding that is the parent company of car rental companies is in need of a Work at Home French Customer Service Representative in Orlando.
Must be able to:
- Provide exceptional customer service and collect required information from the customer
- Identify customer needs and handle accordingly
- Provide timely and accurate information reflecting a customer-oriented image
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum one year customer service experience
- Minimum one year of continuous work experience at the same employer
- Must be able to work a structured schedule that could include morning, afternoon and evening hours, plus apart from religious observation, must be available to work both weekend days (Saturday and Sunday)
- Have permanent residence with a defined working space that is clean, ventilated, and quiet, plus must be able to meet the technological requirements of the company
