Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Work at Home Health Care Advocate in the Nashville Area.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing initial inpatient admission for psychiatric and chemical dependency patients
  • Making patient assessments and determine appropriate levels of care
  • Administering benefits, review treatment plans, and coordinate transitions between various areas of care

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel in designated territory - field-based (approximately 30%)
  • Reside in state of Tennessee
  • Licensed Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or Marriage or Family Counseling with 2 years post-Masters experience in a Behavioral Health role; OR Licensed Ph.D.; OR Registered Nurse with 2 years of experience in behavioral health.
  • License must be current and unrestricted in the state of Tennessee
  • Access to high speed internet from home
  • Designated work space from home
