Job Summary
The company is an innovative and thriving software-as-a-service company that provides a feature-rich scheduling platform to businesses. We are rapidly growing and looking to add an additional player to our team. Position responsibilities
You will work closely with our Head of Marketing and the Product Management team, and have the following responsibilities:
Articulating the company’s distinctive competence & the product’s uniqueness
Market research and competitive benchmarking to arrive at viable concepts and to develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
Create product marketing content such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts, taking into account positioning, clarity and accuracy of content
Use market research data to determine product pricing
Review and write all product text including instructional text, headers, error messages, etc.
Speak and present about products to both external and internal audiences
Develop strong understanding of our market and product by providing consultative assistance to customers
Requirements:
Native English speaker – Must
NO experience in Product Marketing is required
Excellent writing skills. Copywriting experience a big plus
Very tech savvy and capable of learning complex products fast
Independent, self-learning abilities, self-motivated
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Must have excellent communication skills and be highly detail-oriented
Must be able to translate technical terms into text that any reader can understand
Experience with Camtasia, or other video tutorial software a plus
