Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Work at Home Pharmacy Supervisor in the Western Region.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing leadership, vision, development, and implementation of telepharmacy goals to the staff pharmacists as directed by the Regional Manager
- Ensuring telepharmacists are practicing pharmacy as contracted with client facilities
- Developing harmonious professional relationships with clients
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy program with a minimum Bachelor's degree
- 2 years experience in a supervisory role
- Analytical thinking, demonstrated ability to leverage date for problem solving
- Demonstrated ability to delegate direct and indirect reports
- Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills
