Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Identifying and coordinating the input needed cross functionally from a wide variety of departments
• Managing the development, on time submission, and revision of proposals
• Seeking and coordinating input from multiple sources

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Bachelor's degree and two years of research and analysis experience with success in identifying and acquiring resources from government and private sources or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical, verbal, written, listening and presentation both face-to-face and in the virtual environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
