Job Summary

One of the most diversified healthcare companies serving U.S. and global customers needs applicants for an opening for a Work at Home Senior Claims Business Process Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Following standard programming guidelines and requirements as set by team
  • Providing research and root cause analysis for claim quality remediation
  • Creating and editing requirements, specifications, cost benefit analysis and recommendations to proposed solutions

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 1 years of SQL and Java based coding
  • 2 years of experience analyzing and solving customer's problems in an office setting environment
  • Moderate proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new complex computer system applications
  • An education level of at least a High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years in a technical or metrics based environment; preferably claims and/or Customer Service
  • Ability to multi-task, this includes ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product
