Job Summary
A document management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Network Engineer in Detroit.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Documenting the configuration of the systems
- Analyzing requirements for internal and external customers and design network solutions to meet their needs
- Working to design, procure, install and configure routers, switches, ASA firewalls and ACE load balancers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- College degree and four years of networking experience or seven years IT experience
- CCNA Certification. CCNP/CCSP or equivalent knowledge recommended
- Working knowledge of IT Security best practices
- Experience with Cisco networking, especially firewalls routing, and switching
- LAN/WAN project management experience (full spectrum from start to finish of projects) required
- Self-starter, with excellent time management and project management skills
