A higher education technology provider is seeking a Work at Home Software Support Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Provide in-depth support to clients
  • Manage multiple concurrent support cases
  • Document issues, recommendation, request, and next steps throughout the case lifecycle

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with Cornerstone OnDemand products
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong/Proven customer service orientation and experience
