Job Summary
A consulting company needs applicants for an opening for a Work at Home Technical Administrative Assistant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating projects and service requests from beginning to end
- Handling confidential information ethically and with discretion
- Conducting research on network products, services, protocols, and standards
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel to North NJ/NYC approx. 1- 2 times a month
- 3-8 years of administrative experience
- 2-3 years of customer service experience and foresight to anticipate and initiate action on client satisfaction
- Working knowledge of computer systems
- Must become self-sufficient within 2 months
- Reliable internet and phone service from home
