Job Summary

A consulting company needs applicants for an opening for a Work at Home Technical Administrative Assistant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinating projects and service requests from beginning to end
  • Handling confidential information ethically and with discretion
  • Conducting research on network products, services, protocols, and standards

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Travel to North NJ/NYC approx. 1- 2 times a month
  • 3-8 years of administrative experience
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience and foresight to anticipate and initiate action on client satisfaction
  • Working knowledge of computer systems
  • Must become self-sufficient within 2 months
  • Reliable internet and phone service from home
