A company that provides device protection and support services for smartphones, tablets, consumer electronics, appliances, satellite receivers and jewelry needs applicants for an opening for a Work from Home Technical Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing an all-inclusive, comprehensive customer service experience for our customers
  • Providing technical support for programming and/or equipment issues
  • Answering a wide array of questions

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Flexible to work all shifts
