Job Summary
A company that provides device protection and support services for smartphones, tablets, consumer electronics, appliances, satellite receivers and jewelry needs applicants for an opening for a Work from Home Technical Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing an all-inclusive, comprehensive customer service experience for our customers
- Providing technical support for programming and/or equipment issues
- Answering a wide array of questions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or GED
- Flexible to work all shifts
- Provide a distraction free, ergonomically satisfactory work environment
- Meet all equipment, connectivity, and home office environment requirements and maintain throughout employment
