A sales funnel platform is seeking a Work at Home Technical Support Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Engage with customers in a way that thoughtfully changes their perception of what is possible
  • Consult with entrepreneurs across various industries to capture their business problems
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and business acumen across multiple customers

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Fluent in English with preference for anyone who speaks another language
  • Knowledge of Marketing Automation services like Aweber, GetResponse, Infusionsoft, Ontraport
  • Good understanding of domain registration and DNS management processes
  • Good understanding of support process and infrastructure
  • Excellent instincts and ability to interface with users and team
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and writing skills
