We're looking for a talented web designer who has a keen understanding of graphic design theory combined with real-world experience and a passion for creating graphics that connect emotionally with our audience.

Job responsibilities include:
- Creating graphic designs for our blog posts and website
- Creating book cover designs for our publishing clients
- Creating graphics for social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIN, and more
- Keeping our branding and imagery consistent across our different platforms and marketing campaigns
- Ensuring our graphics align with our brand, our values, and our mission

What you need for this position:
- A minimum of three years of experience in web design work
- Experience working with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, vector designs, and Canva
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Driven and results-orientated
- Effective reporting and presentation skills
- A professional understanding of design principles and the ability to create designs that convert browsers into lifelong fans and customers
- Ability to hustle and deliver great results on tight deadlines

This is a full-time, virtual position. You can work from anywhere as long as you have access to high-speed internet and Skype video chat.
