Job Summary

A shared services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Work from Home Account Executive in Chicago.

Must be able to:

• Ensure that company's customers and partners are provided with world class customer service
• Provide escalation resolution
• Perform proactive transportation management and communication of order specific requirements

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum 1-year experience in transportation/logistics industry with a strong full truckload background
• Professional verbal and written communication required
• Advanced customer service skills, prior escalation resolution experience required
• Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Excellent time management skills, detail-oriented and proven ability to prioritize critical tasks
• If remote requires reliable access to high-speed internet connection (>10 mbps)
