Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Work from Home After Hours Inpatient Case Manager Registered Nurse in Northridge.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Performing triage functions by providing support and guidance
- Linking members and their families to health care services that meet their needs
- Serving as a communication bridge amongst and between members, families and the care team
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Available to train on site (approx 4 weeks) and to attend meetings
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- California Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse
- Current basic life support (BLS) certification
- 3 years of clinical experience in a medical-surgical or other specialty
- 1 – 2 years inpatient Case Management experience
