Job Summary

Help needed for a fast paced, high incoming call office. This office sees over 250 calls a day and we need a quick learner who is not afraid to pick up the phone and provide exception customer service at exceptional speeds. This is a medical practice so knowledge of medical terms is a bonus but not required. This is a fast pace, highly complex incoming phone call office and we are looking for someone to dive in and help us field the calls and who likes a challenge.
