Job Summary
An online university is filling a position for a Work from Home Business Administrative Faculty Member.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Teaching one class a year
- Assessing and completing Faculty classroom observations
- Facilitating resolution of escalated student issues and complaints
Position Requirements Include:
- Masters Degree from an institution regionally accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
- A minimum of 18 graduate credit hours related to business
- Experience teaching online
- Management experience
- Ability to manage a virtual team of Faculty members
- Ability to address customer complaints and issues
