Job Summary

A full service concrete company is looking for a Construction Estimator.

1.      Work within budgets as to sales and expenses, to obtain profit projections

2.      Bidding

a.      Decides with Construction Manager which jobs to bid and final bid $$

b.      Helps with take off and bid preparation

c.      Solicits subcontractor and supplier prices

d.      Prepares bid paper work requirements(bond, permits, insurance, ect)

e.      Has final bid ready and delivered

f.      Actively seeks via mail, internet, publications, etc construction  work to bid

g.      Customer follow up
