We are searching for experienced and customer-oriented individual to provide project support to our CS Management Team. As the CS Project Manager, your job is to plan, document, and execute all aspects of our CS Initiatives designed to improve metrics and overall effectiveness of the CS Team. You'll work closely with fellow CS Managers, external teams, and upper management to ensure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule.



Responsibilities

Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Ensuring resource availability and allocation
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Work with Project Owner (CS Manager) to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements
Leadership Skills: You will own the execution of projects so their success depends on you being a go-getter. You must drive implementation amid challenges and barriers.
Time Management: You will be working with peers and external teams, often juggling multiple tasks.
Analytical Skills: You will also need analytical skills to be able to solve problems that may come up during a typical work day. You will be analyzing data and making decisions that affect the project on a regular basis.
Proven working experience as a project administrator preferably in an online environment
Solid customer experience and technical background
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Google Apps
