Job Summary
A company focused on helping companies build better software is in need of a Remote Enterprise Support Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Working with our customers to solve often highly complex support tickets
- Working on investigating load or networking issues, debugging application errors, discussing feature requests, and many other issues
- Working with our engineering team to prioritize issues and development
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Significant experience working with and troubleshooting Linux servers
- Enthusiasm for working directly with customers
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly
- Stellar English and grammar skills
- Ability to look through and understand code (Ruby / Bash)
