Job Summary

A company focused on helping companies build better software is in need of a Remote Enterprise Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working with our customers to solve often highly complex support tickets
  • Working on investigating load or networking issues, debugging application errors, discussing feature requests, and many other issues
  • Working with our engineering team to prioritize issues and development

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Significant experience working with and troubleshooting Linux servers
  • Enthusiasm for working directly with customers
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly
  • Stellar English and grammar skills
  • Ability to look through and understand code (Ruby / Bash)
