Work from Home Experience Analytics Director

Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Work from Home Experience Analytics Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Crafting innovative data and analytics representations that allow insights to be easily understood and extracted from large amounts of data and analytical output
• Collaborating to develop Measurement and Analytics plans for all projects ensuring proper KPI assignment
• Playing a lead role in the development of best in class analytics practices for all clients

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Health Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Experience with platforms such as OnBase, Illume and MaritzCX
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• MBA, MS or MHA with concentration in marketing, analytics or healthcare administration
