A consulting and recruiting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Work from Home Instructional Designer in Boston.
Must be able to:
- Work on freelance instructional design projects
- Work with e-learning tools
- Use contemporary learning theories to develop online learning experiences
Qualifications for this position include:
- Demonstrated working knowledge of modern eLearning tools
- Solid understanding of methodology and best practices in both Learning and Development and Instructional Development
- Proven experience in the areas of current design methods, micro learning, gamification and social learning
- Proficiency in industry standard Adobe CC applications including Captivate, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
- A strong focus on micros learning
- Extensive knowledge and experience using PowerPoint including using masters, designing for various output media, object animations, etc.
