Job Summary
A premier financial institution is seeking a Work from Home Mortgage Underwriter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Responding to post-closing, insuring, and audit reviews in a timely fashion
- Providing a loan decision based on an individual's credit history
- Completing all required data entry into FAMC loan tracking systems
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must have an extensive understanding of FAMC, FHA, VA, and RD guidelines
- 3+ years of underwriting experience
- High School diploma or GED required
- Must have the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other associates
