Job Summary
A fast moving startup making ecommerce payments easy for everyone is filling a position for a Work from Home Onboarding Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Own our onboarding process
- Take charge of new customers coming onto the platform
- Help them go live and be successful
Qualifications Include:
- 3 years of experience within sales, lead generation, phone support or another challenging customer facing role
- Technically oriented and have a basic understanding of HTML/ CSS
- A sense of adventure and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Energy and a wicked work ethic
- A lot of brains as well as a solutions-oriented mindset
- A passion for talking to people, understanding their unique business needs, and showing them how to 10X their business
