Job Summary

A fast moving startup making ecommerce payments easy for everyone is filling a position for a Work from Home Onboarding Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Own our onboarding process
  • Take charge of new customers coming onto the platform
  • Help them go live and be successful

Qualifications Include:

  • 3 years of experience within sales, lead generation, phone support or another challenging customer facing role
  • Technically oriented and have a basic understanding of HTML/ CSS
  • A sense of adventure and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Energy and a wicked work ethic
  • A lot of brains as well as a solutions-oriented mindset
  • A passion for talking to people, understanding their unique business needs, and showing them how to 10X their business
