Job Summary

Start-up company headquartered in Houston, Texas is searching for a person to fill their position for a Work rrom Home Oracle Taleo Consultant.

Must be able to:

  • Work on business process analysis
  • Document decisions
  • Work on presentation and explanation of Taleo functionality

Position Requirements Include:

  • Three years of experience of Taleo implementations or optimizations with proven project delivery through full project lifecycle
  • Three years of experience with Taleo configuration with Taleo Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance and/or Learn required
  • Ability to gather and document requirements, provide expertise to analyze client business requirements and suggest delivered/custom solutions to meet these requirements
  • Ability to identify risk and work with Project Managers to mitigate issues and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
