Job Summary
A company that specializes in premium audit services, inspection surveys, high value residential surveys and loss control consulting solutions is in need of a Work at Home Phone Auditor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Completing audits for property & casualty insurance policies, worker's compensation and general liability
- Working directly with the policyholder or their contact, over the phone
- Obtaining payroll and other accounting record information
Required Skills:
- Must have premium auditor experience
- Have insurance, accounting/bookkeeping, payroll or other related work experience
- Associates or bachelor's degree with a concentration in accounting, finance, business or bookkeeping
- Experience working directly with the public
- Great customer service skills and the ability to communicate both written and orally
- Strong organization and time management skills
