Job Summary
The company makes photo editing more accessible to the amateur or young professional photographer through high quality Lightroom presets and Photoshops actions. We’re seeking a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a background in photography to join with us as we grow our brand.
This is a part-time, telecommuting position with some flexible hours.
The role will include the following:
-Customer Service. Manage customer support emails in the areas of product installation, product features, and product application. These come in directly via email and indirectly via Facebook.
-Blog Management. Source, edit, and upload website blogs. Must be able to manage multiple projects and be willing to develop relationships with established (and sometimes finicky) photographers and writers. Necessitates exceptional writing skills and understanding of trends within the field of photography.
-General Brand Assistance. Assist with general projects like cultivation and management of collaborating photographers, organization of Google Drive, social media strategy, competitive analyses, etc.
*Qualifications. Necessary Skills: Adobe Lightroom, photography, outstanding written communication skills, positive communication style, patience, ability to maintain professional relationships, problem-solving ability, self-discipline. Helpful Skills: Adobe Photoshop, formal photography training, ability to work either Saturday or Sunday.
