Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Work from Home Physician in Syracuse.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing medical consultations via the phone or video for the company's patient population
- Providing referrals, both internally and externally, to appropriate medical resources or specialists
- Maintaining medical records
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited medical school
- Licensed to practice medicine in New York
- Must be Board Certified in Occupational Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Primary Care or Emergency Medicine or Board Eligible in an aforementioned practice areas
- Must have current state and federal DEA certification
- Current Certification in AHA or ARC Basic Life Support for health care providers
- At least three years of post-residency clinical experience
- Experience in a primary care, urgent care or emergency room setting
- Prior telehealth health experience
