Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintaining regular contact with prospects and target opportunities
  • Creating, working, and updating a target list and forecasting tools
  • Utilizing multiple networking sources, including social media, to identify prospects

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Tour client facilities and complete on-site evaluations as feasible
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Previous outside sales, new business development experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in a sales function in the Staffing & Recruiting Industry
