Job Summary

The Renewal Representative is responsible for the renewal of customer software contracts this includes providing quotes directly to customers and/or their assigned channel partners. The Renewal Representative is also responsible for for identifying opportunities for add-on sales of Netsparker products.
Responsibilities
Effectively manages renewal of all contracts in assigned territory to protect and grow Netsparker software revenue.
Proactively monitors the funnel of expiring agreements, executes actions in timely manner to ensure the continuation of assigned customers.
Provides timely proposals and quotes as requested pursuant to terms of customer and/or partner agreements.
Efficiently handles customer and partner inquiries related to quotes, pricing, co-terming, up-selling and reinstatement of software contracts.
Positively interacts and collaborates with Customers, Netsparker partners, and Netsparker associates.
Identifies and pursues software reinstatement opportunities.
Assists in negotiation of software agreements.
Accurately records all activities on customer/partner record in CRM.
Achieves target quota.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Update Account & Contact information in CRM
Qualifications
2 -4 years' relevant experience
Strong cold calling skills required.
Strong English verbal and written skills required.
Experience in the software or SaaS sales or renewals environment
Experience closing business with customers directly via phone interaction
Experience interacting with clients of all levels, in a variety of industries and across a broad geographical area
Bachelor's Degree required (A combination of education and experience will be considered.).
Exceptional organizational skills with the proven ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines and quotas.
Ability to work in a semi-autonomous and fast-paced environment; must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter prepared to handle high number of email communications and outbound telephone calls.
Experience compiling, querying, analyzing and reporting data.
