Job Summary
An automobile rental company is in need of a Work From Home Reservation Sales Representative in Kalamazoo.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Talking with potential customers across multiple states and time zones
- Efficiently guiding conversations and applying sales techniques to convert calls into reservations
- Locating and interpreting complex information from a number of databases
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to complete I-9 work authorization paperwork in person
- One year sales experience in a performance/commission-based or metric-driven environment
- Minimum of six months customer service experience
- Working experience navigating through multiple computer systems and screens on a PC
- Must currently live in Kalamazoo, MI, or the immediate surrounding area
- Must meet equipment and internet requirements
