Responsibilities:
POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for performing various tasks for a specific region and department in an effort to assist in the distribution and collection of daily tasks and all necessary information, documents, and reports for the timely and accurate completion and delivery of company products and services
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Typing and data entry.
2. Check for errors on original form submitted.
3. Locate and attach correct property using a software program.
4. Locate property appraisal information, tax records and plat maps using online site and attach them to orders.
5. Analyze and evaluate information given by the searcher against typing guidelines and verifying the information is correct according to customer guidelines.
6. Work with examiners to clarify comments listed in company order processing system to complete reports accurately.
7. Responsible for a complete and comprehensive review of all items reported by the parties conducting the search to determine that title vests properly.
8. Verification that all typing has occurred without errors and omissions in any required fields and client deliverables have been met.
9. Ability to provide feedback to WFTL and RDM as needed; regarding urgent issues that must be elevated.
10. Provide service to customers.
11. Aid other departments with their workload if time permits.
12. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The work is sedentary, typically employee sits comfortably to do the work. There may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items such as paper, books, or notebooks.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment that requires normal safety precautions.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer and Web navigation required. Must have basic knowledge of other Microsoft Suite applications
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
Required:
Ability to work in an accurate, detail-oriented and highly productive manner
Working knowledge of legal documents affecting title to real property and methods by which they are recorded, liens, encumbrances and circumstances that affect title to real property
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and tasks requiring detail, concentration, and accuracy
Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing
Ability to work both independently and contribute in every aspect to a team environment
Must be able to type 55 WPM
Utilize various computer programs such as company order processing platform, Word, Excel, Microsoft document image, Adobe, Outlook and other programs as needed
