Job Summary
We are a leading superfoods company looking to hire an experienced, self-motivated and incredibly driven individual. The successful candidate will be someone who can work independently with minimal supervision, yet as part of our growing team to collaborate and get things done. This social media co-ordinator role is full time, and on an ongoing basis. We need someone who is thorough and who thrives on output, results, organization and excellence.
The ideal person will be proficient in the use of multiple social media platforms and enjoy both the alternative health scene and engaging with customers. We are looking for a creative individual to create and maintain a strong online presence for Sari Foods by designing posts to maintain readers' interest and create buzz around new products. In addition, the successful candidate will support the team by developing an optimal posting schedule, considering customer engagement metrics and suggesting new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions all whilst maintaining the image and ethos of Sari Foods.
Working closely with the team, the ideal person will ensure a cohesive social media identity, reporting on testimonials and feedback from customers and facilitating online conversations, responding to queries when required whilst measuring, testing, and reporting on social media activity.
We are looking for someone who is flexible, efficient and fast paced. There really is no such thing as a typical day around here - there are long and short term projects and many kinds of inquiries on which to follow up. You must be able to juggle many things at once without dropping a single one.
Since most of our customer interactions are written, it is essential that you have excellent writing skills. We need someone who can communicate clearly and concisely in writing and who understands the importance of grammar, spelling, and punctuation. If you cringe when you see a typo in a book or news article - we are looking for you!
The hours are flexible, but include weekday as well as weekend assigned shifts to expand our customer accessibility as we continue to grow.
