Work Life Specialty Consultant

Job Summary

Providing specialized consultation and referral services remotely, the full-time Specialty Consultant - Work Life will assist military members and their families with elder care, adoption services, and work-life resources while delivering personalized support and maintaining confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide education and referral services related to elder care, work-life resources, adult disability support, and adoption services
• Deliver personalized assistance tailored to participants' unique needs and circumstances through telephonic and video consultations
• Assess participant needs, navigate resources, and document services provided in accordance with program standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health-related field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
• Experience in at least one specialty area, including elder care, work-life services, adult disability services, or adoption
• Strong customer service skills and knowledge of call center operations
• Ability to assess participant needs and manage complex situations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
• Fluency in English and U.S. citizenship required
