Workday Absence Architect

Job Summary

Leading the HCM workstream, the full-time Workday Absence & Time Tracking Architect will coach junior consultants and manage the design and delivery of Workday projects while working remotely within the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Guide project scope and design commitments with clients based on developed project, industry, and Workday experience
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and Engagement Executive to plan project areas effectively
• Develop solutions for requirements or planning challenges by proactively working with other project areas

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday Absence & Time Tracking configuration experience
• Experience with Workday implementation and project management
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Proven client-facing and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
