Workday Absence Configuration Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Configuration Analyst (Absence Module).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Workday configuration and data management activities
• Gather data from company absence plans and manage projects using the Absence module in Workday
• Troubleshoot issues in Workday and perform configuration testing and analysis

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Workday Absence module
• 5+ years of Workday configuration and security experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience with UNION time off and absence policies
• Prior experience with systems implementations, data analysis, and project management
