Workday Absence Consultant

Job Summary

Partnering with clients to deliver Workday solutions, the full-time Workday Absence & Time Tracking Senior Consultant will lead client conversations, solve complex business challenges, and mentor junior consultants while working remotely in the USA.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client requirements and design sessions independently
• Configure and deliver Workday solutions
• Mentor junior team members within the HCM practice

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of Workday Absence & Time Tracking configuration experience
• Workday implementation/project experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
