Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Absence and Time Tracking Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Workday deployments and optimization projects focused on Absence modules
• Provide subject matter expertise and propose solutions based on client needs
• Mentor and coach team members while contributing to the development of internal resources

Required Qualifications

• Certified in Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules
• Experience in all stages of the Workday project lifecycle, including global deployment
• Experience with AMS/post-production support for Absence and Time Tracking
• Experience leading offshore teams in configuration and support roles
• Ability to participate in Workday ecosystem product groups and discussions
