Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Adaptive Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to enhance Adaptive-based planning processes and dashboards
• Translate business needs into scalable Adaptive models and reports
• Lead training and enablement efforts to build Adaptive fluency across the finance team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance; MBA or related advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 12 years experience in a high-performing FP&A function, preferably within a Fortune 500 environment
• Proven expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning, including implementation, model building, and optimization
• Advanced MS Excel and intermediate skills in SQL, SAP, and Power BI
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives to improve financial systems and processes
