Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance Adaptive-based planning processes and dashboards in partnership with stakeholders
• Translate business needs into scalable Adaptive models and reports
• Lead training efforts to build Adaptive fluency within the finance team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance; MBA or related advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 12 years of experience in a high-performing FP&A function, preferably in a Fortune 500 environment
• Proven expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning, including implementation and model building
• Advanced MS Excel and intermediate skills in SQL, SAP, and Power BI
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives to improve financial systems and processes
