Job Summary
Serving as the enterprise owner and strategic architect for the Adaptive Planning platform, the full-time Workday Adaptive Planning Architect will partner with Finance and HR leadership to translate planning requirements into high-performing models and reporting solutions while ensuring architectural integrity in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the Adaptive product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy for financial, operational, and workforce planning
- Lead bi-annual release adoption and oversee integrations, security, and governance of the Adaptive Planning platform
- Build trusted partnerships with Finance and HR leadership, translating complex planning concepts into accessible business language
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A systems, enterprise planning, or financial systems architecture
- Workday Pro Adaptive Planning Certification
- Deep hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning as an architect, lead administrator, or consultant
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or related fields
- Strong understanding of enterprise financial modeling, forecasting, and workforce planning
