Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant

Job Summary

To support complex planning and reporting processes, the full-time temporary Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant will drive system improvements and manage integrations between Adaptive and other enterprise financial applications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Building headcount and workforce planning models using Adaptive best practices with minimal supervision
• Leading or contributing to Workday Adaptive implementations and driving system improvements
• Documenting processes and providing training to stakeholders on Adaptive functionalities

Required qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in Workday Adaptive, HR systems, HR Operations, or FP&A roles
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or HR Operations, including strong process documentation skills
• Experience with integrations between Adaptive and enterprise financial applications such as Workday HCM or Power BI
• Workday Adaptive Planning certification is a plus
• Experience in a high-tech, rapid-growth, or publicly traded SaaS company is preferred
