Workday Adaptive Planning Developer

Job Summary

Working remotely with a preference for East Coast hours, the contract Workday Adaptive Planning Developer will design and build advanced workforce planning models, dashboards, and integrations within the Workday platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build complex models, sheets, dashboards, reports, and integrations within Workday Adaptive Planning
• Develop workforce planning models for headcount, fulfillment, supply/demand, and scenario analysis
• Implement custom calculations, assumptions, and business rules to meet FP&A needs

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience on HR Technology projects
• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with Adaptive Planning workforce planning modules in Workday
• Strong expertise in designing and building complex models, sheets, dashboards, and reporting
• Deep proficiency in HR processes, especially in strategic workforce planning
• Experience with integrations to Workday Prism Analytics, Tableau, and Core HCM
