Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and optimize Workday configurations and business processes
Conduct system analysis, troubleshoot issues, and propose balanced solutions
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and lead testing activities for enhancements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience working in Workday across one or more modules
2+ years of experience building reports or supporting integrations
Experience participating in system release cycles and structured testing processes
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
