Support annual and off-cycle compensation reviews and ensure budget adherence
Develop and maintain Workday reports and analyze compensation trends

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field
2-5+ years of experience in compensation, HRIS, or Workday
Hands-on experience with Workday Advanced Compensation module
Strong analytical and Excel skills
Experience with HR data reporting and visualization
