Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Advanced Compensation Senior Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client requirement meetings and demonstrate Workday configuration skills
• Direct activities of consultants on payroll projects under guidance
• Mentor lower-level employees and contribute to internal HCM goals

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workday Advanced Compensation and/or 3.5-5 years of consulting industry experience
• Experience implementing or working with Workday
• Prior consulting experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Excel
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
