Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant (Certified).

Key Responsibilities:

Provide consulting services on multiple client engagements with limited direction
Understand client business requirements and guide them through design, configuration, and testing
Support clients during Annual Events such as Merit, Open Enrollment, and ACA

Required Qualifications and Education:

Experience leading at least 2 Phase 1 deployments for Workday Advanced Compensation
Minimum of two years of consulting experience with Workday Advanced Compensation
Workday Partner Certifications required: HCM Core, Core Comp, Advanced Comp, and one additional module
Workday Launch experience is preferred
Must have experience troubleshooting, configuring, and navigating Workday Advanced Compensation
